●Drive the sales process building relationships with potential buyers and ensuring

smooth transactions.

● Generate leads through calls, Networking, referrals.

● Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer suitable

● Negotiate price, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.

● Stay updated on market trends, property values and new project launches.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualification:

● Person should have a minimum 2 years of exp in Real Estate Sales only.

● Gurgaon Location will be preferable.

● Previous work experience in Real Estate Sales only.

● Having own Sales Team is Advantage.
