You’re Mission:
As our Sales Manager, you won’t just hit targets—you’ll redefine them. Your role is to lead from the front, guiding a passionate sales team and building systems that don’t just chase leads but convert them into long-term clients.
What you’ll do:
· Architect the Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales processes that optimize lead conversion, client experience, and revenue growth.
· Build & Lead Elite Teams: Hire, mentor, and energize a team of high-performing sales executives.
· Own the Sales Funnel: From lead generation to deal closure—monitor, analyse, and improve every touch point.
· Client Relationship Management: Become the face of trust—build strong, lasting relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners.
· Market Intelligence: Stay ten steps ahead—track market trends, competitors, pricing dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
· Collaborate to Elevate: Work closely with marketing, CRM, and pre-sales teams to craft compelling campaigns and seamless customer journeys.
· Innovate, Not Imitate: Bring fresh ideas—introduce new sales tech, lead nurturing tools, and team motivation programs.
What You Bring:
· 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
· Visionary leadership and people management skills.
· Strong business acumen and market insight.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
