About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Manager – Life Insurance to drive life insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, business development, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for Life Insurance products through direct sales, references, networking, and existing customer relationships.
Identify prospective customers and understand their insurance and financial protection requirements.
Explain suitable life insurance products, features, benefits, and applicable terms to customers.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct customer meetings and regular follow-ups for business conversion.
Generate leads through individual customers, professionals, SMEs, corporates, and referral networks.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application processing, policy issuance, and customer servicing.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.
Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.
Ensure all sales activities follow applicable company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Life Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Direct Sales will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in insurance sales and customer relationship management will have an advantage.
Strong sales orientation and ability to achieve business targets.
