Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Call assigned fresh leads, explain project details, and convert them into site visits and sales.

· Visit potential clients and arrange customer visits at project sites.

· Understand customer requirements and present the most suitable project options.

· Handle client queries promptly via calls, emails, and meetings.

· Conduct professional presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close sales.

· Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing regular updates and guidance.

· Work closely with the marketing and management team to execute sales strategies.

· Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into closures.

· Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and closures through CRM or sales tracking tools.

· Actively participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and property showcases.
