Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Dubai Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on top developers, new project launches, investment returns, visa benefits, and payment plans.

• Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients interested in buying property in Dubai.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to showcase real estate projects and explain investment benefits.

• Deal Closure: Confidently negotiate with HNI and NRI clients, handle objections, and close deals.

• Team Management: Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives and Coordinators, monitor their performance, and support them in achieving targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, and offer post-sales support.

• Full Sales Cycle Handling: Manage client communication via calls, cold calling, virtual meetings, office visits, and property site visits.

• Sales Planning: Assist in planning client targeting, segmentation, and sales acquisition strategies with senior leadership.
