Sales Manager

• Drive revenue growth by selling exhibition booths and sponsorship packages for a portfolio of industry-leading conferences and events.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across targeted industries.

• Identify and engage with new business prospects through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.

• Work closely with the marketing and event production teams to tailor sponsorship offerings and customize client proposals.

• Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-event follow-up.

• Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress against sales targets using CRM tools.

• Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve sales strategies and offerings.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
