• Identify and acquire new customers through direct marketing activities and references.

• Explain loan products and their features to prospective customers.

• Collect and verify customer documents and ensure the loan application process is completed smoothly.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and follow-up.

• Update daily sales reports and market feedback to management.
