  • Manage the visa lifecycle: Oversee all aspects of the visa and immigration process, from application to renewal.

  • Handle documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary documentation for visa applications.

  • Liaise with authorities: Coordinate with embassies, consulates, legal advisors, and other government agencies.

  • Maintain records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all visa and immigration documentation.

  • Stay updated: Monitor changes in immigration laws and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.

  • Train employees: Educate staff on immigration policies and requirements.

  • Manage the application process: Oversee the visa application process from start to finish, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.

  • Ensure legal compliance: Stay up-to-date with and ensure adherence to all relevant immigration laws and regulations.

  • Advise clients: Provide expert guidance to individuals or corporations on the specific visa types and requirements that best suit their needs.

  • Handle documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary application materials, ensuring they are accurate and complete.

  • Liaise with authorities: Coordinate and communicate with embassies, consulates, and other immigration authorities to facilitate the application process.

  • Track and report: Maintain records of all visa activities and provide status updates to clients.

  • Solve problems: Address any issues or appeals that may arise during the application process.
