Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Manager

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Develop effective sales strategies to drive project sales and market penetration.

  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and drive individual growth.

  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams to align strategies for better conversions.

Sales Team Lead

  • Guide and supervise sales executives to ensure daily sales activities are achieved.

  • Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends and competitive projects.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.

  • Report daily/weekly sales updates to management.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 3–7 years).

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.

  • Good knowledge of the Noida/Gurgaon real estate market will be an advantage.

  • Should be result-oriented, dynamic, and a team player.
