• Inbound & Outbound leads calling and classification into cold/warm/hot & not reachable leads

• Lining up site visits

• Follow-up on called leads & not reachable leads

• Follow-up on Hot leads

• Site visits

• Bookings

• Agreement Line-up

• Project Mapping-New & Resale

• Converting customers for HL

• Building a pipeline of customers through references
