PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment among employees, clients and managers.
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
All customer facing communication for the region
Expanding the sales opportunities within the region by locating new opportunities (product mix & right balance of products maintaining the overall profitability of the Sales done)
Penetrating deeper to discover new opportunities
Responsible for site financials up to and including budgets, forecasting, and monthly P&L.
Organizes, supervises and directs the work of Sales Team.
Demonstrates initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Relationship management with OEM’s.
Establishing marketing events that support demand generation and market profile for the company by working with company’s marketing team;
Recommends and sets departmental goals and objectives, deploying company resources to accomplish.
Participate in strategic and operational planning and development of annual operating budgets for the business. Meet or exceed an annual sales plan.
Provide Management with accurate and timely reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Align with and support other management staff functions in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term plans to meet business objectives.
Be one of several points of contact for all emergency situations.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
