We’re looking for a Sales Manager / Team Leader who can lead from the front and close big-ticket luxury property deals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales executives focused on luxury real estate projects
Handle walk-ins, site visits, and premium client interactions
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and investors
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion
Train, mentor, and track team performance

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
2 plus years of experience in real estate sales (luxury segment preferred)
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with site visits, client meetings, and high-pressure targets
Must be based in Gurugram or willing to relocate
