Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the company's sales goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

• Manage, mentor, and train the sales team.

• Analyze sales metrics and performance data to guide sales strategies.

• Set sales goals and motivate the team to achieve targets.

• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales and leadership roles (3–5 years minimum).

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to lead a team and drive results.

• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
