Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in real estate sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential/commercial property sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and managing a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives/agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with potential clients and investors.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

• Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.

• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential and/or commercial real estate.

• Strong knowledge of property laws, market trends, and CRM software.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivation.

Preferred:.

• Experience with high-ticket luxury or investment property sales.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives/commissions.
