Job Title: Inside Sales Counsellor
Company: Leading EdTech
Location:  Gurgaon (Sec-32)

Work Days: 6 Days a week, Time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven professionals for the role of Inside Sales Counsellor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective learners, driving sales conversions, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle of NIIT's career-oriented programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement & Follow-Up:
    Reach out to prospective learners through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media to share NIIT’s value proposition and encourage enrolment.

  • Sales Lifecycle Management:

    • Interest Generation: Understand learner needs and promote suitable NIIT programs.

    • Product Demonstration: Present program features, benefits, and outcomes effectively to prospective learners.

    • Sales Closure: Successfully convert leads into enrolled learners through persuasive selling techniques.

    • Post-Sales Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

  • Communication Management:
    Maintain ongoing communication with leads throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey.

  • CRM & Record Maintenance:
    Document all interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM tools to track lead status, communication, and follow-ups.

  • Experience with CRM platforms and digital communication tools is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, edtech sales, or counselling preferred.
