Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – Two Wheeler is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role involves planning strategies, monitoring team productivity, and maximizing dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase two-wheeler sales
Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, bookings, and conversions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations
Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation
Maintain showroom discipline, display standards, and process adherence
Ensure proper documentation and timely vehicle delivery
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly sales target achievement
Conversion ratio (enquiries to sales)
Customer satisfaction (NPS score)
Accessories & add-on sales per vehicle

Qualification & Experience:
