- 2–5 years of experience in sales

- Real Estate sales experience preferred

- Proven experience in team handling & team management

- Ability to guide, motivate and manage a sales team

- Strong lead generation, client handling & closing skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Target-oriented and confident personality

🏠 Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the sales team

- Allocate and monitor leads

- Drive site visits and sales conversions

- Achieve individual & team sales targets

- Handle clients and support the team in closing deals

- Maintain regular follow-ups and sales reports
