Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
● Generate new business opportunities within the MICE and corporate travel segment.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
● Collaborate with operations and event teams to ensure successful project execution.
● Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
● Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
● Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 10–15 years of experience in MICE sales or corporate travel sales.
● Strong corporate client management experience.
● Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
● Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
● Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
● Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
Preferred Qualification
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
● Established network within the MICE and corporate events industry.
