Role: Sales Manager for Non Ferrous Metals
CTC Maximum (Max) : Rs 12.1 Lac Per Annum (LPA). Average Rs 1,01021 PM ( per month) provided that you fulfil all the ‘must have competencies
Education: Any graduate with Master in Business Management
Work Experience: minimum 5 to 7 years of experience.
Must Have Competencies :
· Minimum 5 to 7 years of sales managerial experience in sales of Non Ferrous Metals
· Proficiency in knowing the applications, sales of non-ferrous metals like aluminum, copper, brass, zinc,their alloys, their specific uses, and how they perform in various applications.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes like casting,rolling, forging, and extrusion, machining etc.
· Identifying customer segment, market share, competitors and the strengths and weaknesses of our products and compositors products
· Designing and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
· Effectively negotiating contracts, prices, and terms and conditions with the prospects/clients.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
· Analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and understanding competitive landscapes.
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
Major responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
· Setting sales goals and targets for the sales team and individual representatives.
· Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities.
· Developing and implementing sales forecasts.
· Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a strong flow of qualified leads.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
· Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
· Knowledge of non-ferrous metals and their applications.
· Ability to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
