Job Description: Sales Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

Initiate calls to elevator companies to provide product information.

Schedule meetings with prospective clients to discuss product offerings.

Quotations and Invoicing:

Prepare accurate invoices and quotations in a timely manner.

Material Dispatch Monitoring:

Oversee and ensure the timely dispatch of materials to customers.

Payment Follow-Ups:

Actively follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.

Communication:

Draft and manage professional emails for client correspondence.

Customer Support:

Address customer queries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.

Product Promotion:

Conduct activities to promote the company’s products and expand market reach.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Sales Meetings:

Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress and identify new opportunities.

Customer Acquisition:

Meet or exceed customer acquisition targets by identifying and onboarding new clients.

CRM Proficiency:

Utilize Busy Software for accounting, billing, and CRM functions effectively.

Customer Retention:

Achieve high customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

General Proficiency:

Exhibit strong computer skills and the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using Busy Software or similar accounting/CRM tools.

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the elevator or construction industry.

Technical knowledge related to the company’s products.
