Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of Agency Partners, driving sales through team development, and achieving business targets. Candidates should have strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales. Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred, but motivated candidates with a proven sales background are also encouraged to apply.
