Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone and explain Shaadi.com services and membership plans.

• Assist users with profile creation, customization, and optimization for better visibility.

• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to offer suitable packages.

• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with accurate information.

• Build rapport with clients to encourage long-term engagement and renewals.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

• Handle customer queries and provide prompt, professional support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).

• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
