We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for generating quality leads, coordinating with channel partners, and supporting the sales team to achieve site visits and bookings for real estate projects.
Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, telecalling, walk-ins, references, and digital leads
Build and maintain a strong Channel Partner (CP) network
Qualify leads before sharing with the closing / sales team
Coordinate with sales team for site visits and follow-ups
Ensure timely lead updating in CRM / Excel
Achieve monthly sourcing targets (leads, site visits)
Handle client inquiries and provide basic project information
Follow up with clients till site visit completion
Support closing team during negotiation if required
Share daily / weekly performance reports with management
Strong communication & convincing skills
Good knowledge of local real estate market
Experience in CP handling & lead sourcing
Ability to work under target pressure
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
1–5 years experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Sales
Graduate (preferred)
