Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager who can generate quality leads through multiple channels and build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and external networks for our real estate projects.

Role & responsibilities

Identify, onboard & manage Channel Partners/Brokers
Generate qualified leads for residential/commercial projects
Conduct regular field visits to CPs & maintain strong relations
Organize CP meets, site visits & project briefings
Monitor lead quality & coordinate with sales team
Track performance of CPs and ensure monthly target achievement

Preferred candidate profile

Strong network with brokers and CPs
Good communication & negotiation skills
Market knowledge of real estate (local areas/projects)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
