Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a performance-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. This role demands strong leadership, strategic execution, and the ability to consistently deliver revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of exceeding sales targets, developing talent, and managing end-to-end sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.

• Implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Drive lead conversion and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs to build team capabilities.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and implement corrective strategies.

• Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance client experience.

• Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

• 2–5 years of total experience in B2B/B2C sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
