Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager with a proven track record in developing and managing business across Germany and African markets. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with existing clients, extensive experience in international sales, market expansion, customer acquisition, and export business development. The role requires a results-driven professional capable of driving revenue growth while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute export sales strategies to increase market share in Germany and African countries.
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, dealers, and key customers in target markets.
Generate leads, conduct market research, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for assigned international territories.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Utilize established networks and clientele in Germany and Africa to drive business growth.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Market Expansion
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Develop market entry and expansion plans for new regions within Germany and Africa.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Export Operations
Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipment of goods.
Monitor export compliance, customs regulations, and international trade requirements.
Ensure smooth execution of export orders from inquiry to payment collection.
Commercial & Strategic Activities
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market reports.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international customers.
Work closely with senior management to develop long-term export growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA (International Business/Marketing) preferred.
Minimum 5–10 years of export sales experience in Germany and African markets.
Strong understanding of international trade practices and export documentation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.

Established customer base and strong market connections in Germany and Africa.
Proven experience in managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
Demonstrated success in achieving export sales targets and market expansion.
