Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Branch Manager – Agency to build, manage a team of Asst. Managers and grow a high-performing advisor/agency network. The candidate should have strong recruitment, team handling, training and business development experience in the insurance, financial services, wealth management or agency channel.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage a team of Asst. Managers.

- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for advisors.

- Monitor team productivity and activation.

- Support to team in business generation and client acquisition.

- Achieve monthly recruitment and revenue targets with team.

- Develop local market strategies for business expansion.

- Should be flexible with field activities & meeting schedules.

- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and channel partners.

- Prepare and share performance reports to management.
