This involves consistent market mapping and outreach to HR Heads, TA Heads, and CXOs in target companies in the Noida/NCR region to capture new and existing hiring requirements (job vacancies). Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for client acquisition and revenue generation. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals, service agreements, and commercials; lead negotiations to close staffing and recruitment deals. Client Coordination & Account Management Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers and hiring managers across client organizations. Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth meetings with clients to understand their specific permanent recruitment and project staffing needs, organizational culture, job specifications, and urgency. Service Delivery Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal delivery (recruitment) team, ensuring clear communication of job mandates, candidate feedback, and timely fulfillment. Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to secure repeat business, referrals, and long term exclusive staffing partnerships. III. Team Support & Operations Mandate Briefing: Effectively brief the internal recruitment/delivery team on all new job vacancies/mandates, providing complete details on the client, role, compensation, and required candidate profile.
