Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Manage, motivate, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Operational Oversight: Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal departments to support transaction processes and business operations.

• Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of experience in real estate sales.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Deep knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
