Sales Manager

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identifying potential Corporate clients, contacting them, and building strong relationships. 

• Needs Assessment and Solution Offering:

Understanding the specific insurance needs of Corporate and recommending suitable insurance products and policies. 

• Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieving sales targets, securing new business, and expanding existing accounts. 

• Policy Management and Renewal:

Managing existing policies, handling renewals, and assisting clients with the claims process. 

• Reporting and Analysis:

Generating activity reports, tracking sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement. 

• Industry Knowledge and Training:

Staying up-to-date on insurance industry trends, regulations, and products through training and educational activities. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in selling Non Motor insurance or related products. 

• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. 

• Communication and Persuasion: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. 

• Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of various insurance products and their applications. 

• Sales Strategy and Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. 

• Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and mediate disputes.
