Key Responsibilities

 Make inbound and outbound calls daily.

 Handle enquiries and explain company services to prospective clients.

 Generate and qualify leads through structured calling.

 Perform regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

 Update CRM and maintain accurate call and lead records.

 Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.

 Drive new business development through client acquisition and market expansion.

 Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and timely reporting.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

 Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing, and company policies.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Prior experience in Inside sales & Business Development preferred.

 Good communication and convincing skills.

 Target-driven and activity-oriented mindset.
