Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls daily.
Handle enquiries and explain company services to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads through structured calling.
Perform regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Update CRM and maintain accurate call and lead records.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
Drive new business development through client acquisition and market expansion.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and timely reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing, and company policies.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Inside sales & Business Development preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-driven and activity-oriented mindset.
