Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations for last-mile dispatch.

• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and timely order picking/packing.

• Implement best practices for space utilization, storage, and safety compliance.

2. Sales & Dispatch Operations

• Plan and manage order processing to meet customer SLAs.

• Monitor outbound shipments and ensure timely last-mile deliveries.

• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and resolve issues.

3. Team Management

• Supervise warehouse staff, delivery associates, and support teams.

• Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.

• Ensure manpower availability for smooth last-mile execution.

4. Last Mile Logistics

• Oversee route planning, load optimization, and vehicle utilization.

• Ensure on-time delivery and reverse logistics management.

• Track performance metrics like delivery TAT, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

5. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implement process improvements for cost optimization and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.

• Handle audits, documentation, and reporting of daily operations.
