What Will You Drive?

• Lead the team to maximize loan agreement generation by enhancing customer outreach and optimizing conversions.

• Drive customer engagement strategies to boost loan conversions.

• Oversee accurate resolution of customer queries and ensure comprehensive communication of loan-related terms & conditions (T&Cs) across all channels.

• Ensure adherence to credit policy norms and maintain compliant communication with customers.

• Manage daily MIS reports, track leads, and ensure adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

• Supervise accurate updates of customer details on defined tools/systems within established timelines.

• Review and manage daily MIS reports for assigned leads to ensure precise tracking and compliance.

• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring active participation in training programs to enhance skills and performance.
  

Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduate, preferably in Commerce or BBA.

• 4+ years of sales experience, ideally in banking/financial services, with proven team management expertise.

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English).

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and foster collaboration to achieve business goals.

• Strong leadership qualities to drive performance and deliver results.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
