Key Responsibilities:
•) Identify and onboard clients who are intrested in bidding on GeM portal Tenders.
•) Pitch GeM bidding services effectively and convert leads into long-term clients.
•) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
•) Builds and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
•) Understand client requirements guide them through the bidding process, and provide post-onboarding support.
•) work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client serving.
Requirements:
•) Minimum 4+years of sales/ business development experience (preferably in govt tenders/ GeM or B2B services.
•) strong Knowledge of the GeM portal and govt procurement process.
•) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client aquisation.
•) Excellent communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
•) Ability to manage multiple clients and drive consistent business growth.
