Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive B2B and university tie-ups for our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to train and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with businesses and universities.

• Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

• Negotiate and finalize deals with key stakeholders.

• Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.

• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or edtech industry.

• Strong B2B and university tie-up experience.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to train and mentor the sales team.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
