Key Responsibilities
1. Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and programs.
2. Convert leads into enrollments through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
3. Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
4. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
6. Handle student queries related to courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.
7. Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in sales, admissions counseling, tele-sales, or educational sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
