🧭 Role Overview

Apnabusinez.com is looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of building and leading a sales team dedicated to promoting our Chartered Accounting, Tax, GST, and Compliance services. The candidate will drive client acquisition, service awareness, team development, and closure management—working closely with the Founder and cross-functional departments.

  • Sales Team Setup: Build and manage an in-house and on-ground team of field executives and telecallers.

  • Service Pitching: Promote CA firm offerings – GST Filing, ITR, TDS, Business Registration, Audit, ROC Compliances.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage SMEs, startups, traders, and professionals for compliance solutions.

  • Lead Conversion: Drive full sales cycle – consultation, value proposal, and service closure.

  • Scheme Execution: Run our “Weekly Earn Bonanza” & “Open Market Referral” sales schemes.

  • Sales Training: Educate new sales hires on financial service offerings, client needs, and market challenges.

  • Pipeline & Closure Management: Track daily leads, visits, follow-ups, and client onboarding.

  • Performance Reporting: Weekly MIS to Founder on conversions, incentives, team metrics.

  • MBA in Marketing with experience in service-based sales (CA firm, finance, legal, or consulting background preferred)

  • Proven track record in team hiring, sales enablement, and client retention

  • Strong understanding of Indian compliance services, taxation, and B2B needs
