About the Role

OMSON Developers is looking for an experienced, target-oriented Sales Manager to

lead our sales team and drive business growth across residential, commercial, and

plotted developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Manage clients, channel partners, brokers, and key business relationships.

• Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, site visits, and negotiations.

• Conduct property presentations and client meetings.

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports.

• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and Documentation teams.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely closure of deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related

  field.

• MBA/Master's degree preferred.

• 6+ years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of team management/leadership experience.

• Proven record of achieving sales targets.

• Experience in residential, commercial, and plotted projects preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Positive, professional, and result-oriented approach.
