Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Noida Sector 62
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, ensuring high conversion rates, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios.

• Train, mentor, and coach sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.

• Coordinate with marketing to ensure timely follow-up on leads.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Ensure timely site visits, client meetings, and successful deal closures.

• Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Experience in residential real estate sales is preferred.

• Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
