Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Loan Sales to lead and drive sales of loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, or Auto Loans. The role involves managing a sales team, achieving monthly targets, expanding channel partnerships, and ensuring high customer acquisition with strong portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of loan products through DSA, Direct Sales, Channel Partners, and Digital leads
Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners
Monitor lead conversion ratios, pipeline movement, and productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth disbursements
Track MIS, prepare sales reports, and present performance reviews to management
Maintain portfolio quality and reduce early delinquency
