Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and key accounts
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively
Understand and align offerings to customer needs and expectations
Prepare and implement strategic sales plans
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
Monitor and manage the sales process from inquiry to closure
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry insights
Assist in budget planning and forecasting
Contribute to team hiring and training as needed
Drive motivation and performance across the sales team
