Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
· Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to close, including conducting needs assessments, delivering product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and objectives.
· Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
· Accurately track all sales activities and customer information.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
· Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the similar industry.
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Communication Skills: Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-Motivated: A high-energy, self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and grow.
· Tech Savvy: Proficient in using software and common sales tools.
· Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client pain points and propose effective solutions.
· Education: Any Graduation or a related field (preferred).
