Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance sales . The ideal candidate should have strong communication, customer engagement, lead conversion and consultative selling skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and generate business revenue.

Candidates must have relevant experience in selling Life Insurance or Term Insurance products and a proven understanding of sales calling, customer needs analysis and policy conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate business opportunities for Term Insurance products.

• Engage with prospective customers, understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Explain policy features, coverage, sum assured, premium benefits, eligibility criteria, exclusions and policy terms.

• Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales through effective follow-ups and persuasive selling techniques.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, policy conversion goals and revenue objectives.

• Build customer trust through professional communication, objection handling and consultative sales techniques.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to improve lead-to-policy conversion rates.

• Ensure accurate customer information, lead status and sales activity updates in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application processing and policy issuance.

• Follow prescribed sales processes, customer disclosure standards and insurance compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance sales only.

• Practical experience in selling insurance policies and handling customer sales calls.

• Understanding of insurance premiums, policy coverage, benefits and customer eligibility.

• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on sales conversion and business growth.

• Good verbal communication, convincing ability and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to work full-time from the office .

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
