Job Title: Two-Wheeler Finance Sales Executive

The Two-Wheeler Finance Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling finance schemes to customers purchasing new or used two-wheelers. The role involves generating leads, liaising with dealers, completing documentation, and ensuring smooth disbursement of loans while meeting monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with two-wheeler dealers to generate business leads.
Approach walk-in customers and pitch two-wheeler loan offerings.
Understand customer requirements and explain financing options.
Collect and verify documents for loan processing (KYC, income proof, etc.).
Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan approval and disbursement.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and dealers to close the sales cycle.
Achieve monthly disbursement and conversion targets.
Maintain customer satisfaction and address queries/issues promptly.
Submit daily sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Conduct field visits for lead generation and collections if required.
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in vehicle loans, NBFC, or banking.

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of loan processes and documentation
Customer-oriented attitude
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
Language: Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi; basic English preferred
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Travel allowance as per company policy
Work Days: 6 days a week
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (subject to business needs)
