Key Responsibilities

• Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, top developers, project launches, payment plans, and ROI stats.

• Client Outreach: Identify and connect with potential buyers through cold calling, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Sales Pitching: Present property projects to clients online and in person, explaining the benefits and investment value.

• Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales confidently with HNIs and NRI investors.

• Client Servicing: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.

• Full Sales Cycle Handling: Manage all stages—from first call to property visit and final deal closure.

• Sales Strategy Support: Help the leadership team in planning client outreach, market segmentation, and sales strategies.
