We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and generating revenue opportunities in the real estate sector.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential/commercial real estate market.
Handle inbound leads and generate outbound leads through networking, references, and market research.
Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to prospective buyers/investors.
Maintain a strong database of clients and prospects for business growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales support, and operations) for smooth deal closure.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (real estate experience preferred, fresher with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation with a passion for achieving targets.
Ability to handle clients independently and provide end-to-end solutions.
Willingness to travel within Gurgaon/Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits.
