Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Prepare and deliver sales reports to management
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Experience:
1–3 years (can be adjusted based on requirement)
