Position Overview
Vaidban Ayurved Bhawan is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling telephonic consultations, generating sales, promoting Ayurvedic products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products and services.
Explain product benefits and guide customers in choosing suitable Ayurvedic solutions.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.
Language Requirements
Punjabi: Fluent (Mandatory)
Hindi: Fluent (Mandatory)
English: Preferred
Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good sales and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call handling software)
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
