KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:-

• Review tenders and inquiries received via email/WhatsApp.

• Prepare and send quotations for company products.

• Update Customer Monitoring Sheet with offer details.

• Follow up with tender-winning companies for order placement.

• Coordinate with customers for quotations, order conversion, negotiations, discounts, and inspection documents.

• Provide feedback on L1 customers to HOD.

• Liaise with internal teams for order booking, amendments, inspection

• documents, and updates.

• Respond to customer queries with support from HOD/Factory/Management.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by HOD.

• Provide timely updates on task status and challenges.

• Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and business goals.
