Position: Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in Residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills, have prior experience in connection with channel partners, and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.

  • Generate leads through various sources and convert them into successful sales.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for ongoing and future opportunities.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of channel partners operations.

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
